You colored this with a mouse?! o: Wow, please accept a round of applause! I can’t even color my own work without a tablet and a few Hail Marys!First off, the line art is NOT mine. Instead it was done by this amazing gal- http://sephiramy.tumblr.com/post/51047257761
So this is my first attempt with digital art which I actually liked/finished. I had to color this with a mouse
so that’s why it’s not so clean and polished. I’m really excited for Rebecca Sugar’s to air on Cartoon Network.
Test Number Three.

Hi! Hmm… well that is a good question. Before I address that, I just wanna say thank you for contacting me! I love hearing from new friends and their thoughts on my blog and art! So thank you :)
As for your questions; well yes, Storm is my favorite character of all time!Sorry for the face, but I just love sharing this photo of my Ororo collection lol! But as for why I draw her all the time? Well, I’d say she’s my inspiration; she serves as my muse. And what artist doesn’t cater to what inspires them?
I came to know X-Men through various hand-me-down comics from my cousin, and had grown to learn to love this beautiful commanding woman! The X-Men in general and the metaphor they represent, in which they fight to belong in a world that doesn’t necessarily want them, spoke volumes to me as a gay child of color. I could only imagine how important that fight was for Storm; as an African-American female mutant, it seems like Ororo has faced all kinds of bigotry. Besides facing villains the likes of Magneto, Doctor Doom, and Dracula, she’s faced a multitude of other issues that seem tame in comparison; from facing a rapist as a child to encountering dudebros walking down the streets of New York, Ororo has been dealt a number of hardships. Let’s not forget the psychological effects of losing both of your parents at the tender age of six, resulting in crippling claustrophobia.
But how does Ororo deal with all of that? Like a goddamn boss! She rose up and came to lead one of the most well-known team of outcasts into numerous battles. She has sacrificed her life, her powers, and even her regal status (albeit unwillingly) for the sake of her mutant tribe and everything she holds dear. She sticks to her guns and is able to overcome obstacles despite rising odds against her.
So why do I draw her? :)
Possibly because she’s the kind of person I would like to be. She is the kind of friend I would like to have. She is the kind of woman I’d like to raise my (future) daughter to grow into. I want to have Ororo as a mentor. I want to have Ororo as a comrade-in-arms. I want to have Ororo as a friend.
Art can be whatever you want it to be; for me, it’s a world where I can escape to. A world full of heroes. Female heroes (as you had mentioned, and again, thank you!) who can control the weather, bend water, or even empower other women into becoming all that they can be!
Also, In my completely humble opinion, I think Storm is the most beautiful comic book character ever! I mean just look at her!How
Can
You
Not
Love
Her?
In any case, I’m glad you’re not sick of my drawings of her and I’m honored to hear that you love my blog!
Cheers.[Added some more images and made it rebloggable. Maybe you guys’d like that?]

D&D Scouts master post.
I Had thought about what if the Sailor Scouts were classes in D&D. I could imagine some kind of campaign where they Moon Kingdom Guild is Searching for the lost princess. They enlist the talents of 4 adventurers and lead by the Palidin of the Moon.
This is a nice thing.
Oh my fucking GOD THIS IS PERFECT
